99 Disposal of seized things
(1) The Minister may dispose of a thing seized under this Part if: (a) a police officer has, under section 97, taken reasonable steps to return the thing to a person; and (b) either: (i) the police officer has been unable to locate the person, despite making reasonable efforts; or (ii) the person has refused to take possession of the thing. (2) The Minister may dispose of the thing in such manner as the Minister thinks appropriate.
