72 Application of this Division
This Division does not apply to a recreational vessel that: (a) is not ordinarily operated in Territory waters or NSW waters; and (b) has not been continuously in Territory waters or NSW waters for a period of more than 3 months; and (c) complies with the requirements for the carriage of safety equipment that apply to the vessel’s place of registration or home port.
