70 Requirement to wear a lifejacket if directed by the master of a vessel
A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is on board a recreational vessel in Territory waters; and (b) the master of the vessel directs the person to wear an appropriate lifejacket; and (c) the person fails to comply with the direction.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
