59 Offence—middle range prescribed concentration of alcohol
A person commits an offence if: (a) the person either: (i) operates a vessel in Territory waters; or (ii) supervises a juvenile operator in Territory waters; and (b) the person does so while there is present in his or her breath or blood the middle range prescribed concentration of alcohol.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months or 30 penalty units, or both.
