56 Offence—youth range prescribed concentration of alcohol
A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is under the age of 18 years; and (b) the person either: (i) operates a vessel in Territory waters; or (ii) supervises a juvenile operator in Territory waters; and (c) the person does so while there is present in his or her breath or blood the youth range prescribed concentration of alcohol.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
