114 Delegation by Minister
(1) The Minister may, in writing, delegate any or all of his or her functions or powers under this Ordinance or the rules (other than section 118 of this Ordinance and this power of delegation) to an APS employee who holds or performs the duties of an Executive Level 2 position, or an equivalent or higher position, in the Department. (2) In performing functions or exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Minister.
