27 Arrangements for interstate cooperation in rescue
The Minister may make arrangements with an agency that manages or controls an interstate rescue unit for: (a) the interstate rescue unit to carry out rescue operations in the Territory; or (b) a rescue unit established and operating in the Territory to carry out rescue operations outside the Territory.
