18 Limitation on Minister’s powers
The Minister, or an emergency services officer exercising a power under this Subdivision under the authority of the Minister, may only exercise powers and functions under this Division: (a) while a state of emergency is in force; and (b) in relation to the emergency on which the state of emergency is based.
