#### 57 Notice requirement for certain proceedings 57 Notice requirement for certain proceedings > A liable entity or the SPF trustee must give the Minister— > > > (a) written notice of any application the liable entity or SPF trustee proposes to make to the Supreme Court under this Part at least 3 days before the application is made, and > > > (b) copies of the originating process and of any written statement or other evidence filed with the Supreme Court in support of the application on the day on which the originating process, written statement or evidence is filed.
