#### 51 Orders 51 Orders > > (1) A person with a claim against the SPF trustee or the Minister may apply to the Supreme Court for an order with respect to things to be done or not to be done to complete the winding up of a liable entity under this Division during or after the finalisation day. > > > (2) On any such application, the Supreme Court may make such orders as it thinks fit to complete the winding up of a liable entity under this Division. > > > (3) For the purposes of subsection (1), the winding up of a liable entity is completed by the realisation of all the property of a liable entity or so much of the property as can be realised without needlessly protracting the winding up, and the distribution of a final dividend (if any) to the outstanding claimants.
