#### 41 Reports to Minister 41 Reports to Minister > > (1) The Minister may, by order in writing served on the SPF trustee, require the SPF trustee to report to the Minister from time to time, or on an ongoing basis, on any aspect of the exercise of the SPF trustee’s functions under this Part. > > > (2) In particular, and without limiting subsection (1), the Minister may require the SPF trustee to report to the Minister on any directions given by it to a liable entity under section 24.
