#### 19 Right to compensation for enactment, making or enforcement of legislation confirmed 19 Right to compensation for enactment, making or enforcement of legislation confirmed > > (1) This section applies to any provision of the Final Funding Agreement or a Related Agreement that provides for the State not to carry out, or not to cause the carrying out of, legislative or regulatory action of a kind specified by the Agreement. > > > (2) For the avoidance of doubt, it is declared that a breach by the State of a provision to which this section applies is capable of rendering the State liable to pay damages for breach of contract if the breach is of such a kind as to warrant an award of damages for breach of contract at general law.
