7 Principal objectives of Company
The principal objectives of the Company are –
(a) to develop, own and operate irrigation schemes in Tasmania; and
(b) [Section 7 Amended by No. 36 of 2023, s. 13, Applied:11 Dec 2023] to ensure its businesses and activities are operated effectively and efficiently, and in accordance with sound commercial practice; and
