17 Guarantee fees
Division 1 of Part 11 of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 –
(a) applies in relation to the Company as if the Company were a Government Business Enterprise specified in Schedule 3 to that Act; and
(b) applies in relation to a subsidiary of the Company as if the subsidiary were a subsidiary within the meaning of the Government Business Enterprises Act 1995 .
