41 Specification for channels, &c.
(1) The description of channels and other apparatus by means of which water is laid on, distributed, or supplied within the boundary of any land shall be such as the undertakers determine, either generally or in classes of cases or in any particular case.
(2) The undertakers are not bound to supply water in any case in which the required description of channels or other apparatus is not provided, and may cut off the supply of water from any land supplied with water until the required description of channels or other apparatus is provided.
