2Interpretation

Interpretation In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears — Joint Venturers has the same meaning as that expression has in the Agreement; the Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 1, and if the Agreement is varied, from time to time, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement includes the Agreement as so varied; the Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2.
