##### 3B. Second Variation Agreement approved and ratified (1) The Second Variation Agreement is approved and ratified. (2) For the purposes of implementing relevant proposals made by the Company and approved pursuant to the Agreement, and to give full effect to the object of the Second Variation Agreement and the powers and authorisations therein conferred or referred to, the provisions of — (a) the *Land Act 1933* 3; and (b) the *Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960* 4; and (c) the *Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947*; and (d) the *Country Towns Sewerage Act 1948* 5, shall be read and construed with such modifications as are necessary.
