##### 4. Ratification and authorisation
(1) The Agreement is hereby ratified.
(1A) The 2017 variation agreement is ratified.
(2) The implementation of the Agreement is authorised.
(3) Without affecting the *Government Agreements Act 1979*, the Agreement has effect notwithstanding any other Act or law.
