Signage—signs on residential accommodation
(1) Must meet the general requirements for signage.
(2) Must be located on land in Zone RU1, RU5, R1, R5, C3 or C4.
(3) Maximum 2 signs per premises.
(4) Maximum area—1m2.
(5) Maximum height—3m.
(6) Must not be located on land on which there is a heritage item.
