### sec.30 Replacement licence
A licensee may apply to the chief executive for the replacement of a lost, stolen or destroyed licence.
The application must be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
The chief executive must consider each application and—
replace the licence; or
refuse to replace the licence.
If the chief executive is satisfied the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed, the chief executive must replace the licence.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to replace the licence, the chief executive must give the applicant a QCAT information notice for the decision.

(sec.30-ssec.1) A licensee may apply to the chief executive for the replacement of a lost, stolen or destroyed licence.
(sec.30-ssec.2) The application must be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.30-ssec.3) The chief executive must consider each application and— replace the licence; or refuse to replace the licence.

- (b) refuse to replace the licence.
