### sec.29 Requirement to notify changes in information given
This section applies if a licensee becomes aware of a change in the information given at any time by the licensee for an application for a licence or a renewal of a licence.
The licensee must, within 30 days after becoming aware of the change, give details of the change to the chief executive by signed notice.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —50 penalty units.
(sec.29-ssec.1) This section applies if a licensee becomes aware of a change in the information given at any time by the licensee for an application for a licence or a renewal of a licence.
