4 Application of Ordinance
(1) Except where the contrary intention appears, this Ordinance applies to all Ordinances including this Ordinance. (2) This Ordinance binds the Crown. (3) Where an Ordinance confers upon a person or authority power to make, grant or issue an instrument (including regulations, rules or rules of court) then, unless the contrary intention appears, this Ordinance applies to and in relation to an instrument so made, granted or issued as if that instrument were an Ordinance.
