64 Evidentiary provisions (1) An authorised version is on the mere production of that authorised version admissible as evidence thereof before all courts and persons acting judicially within Victoria. (2) It is presumed, unless the contrary is proved, that a document purporting to be an authorised version is what it purports to be. ***Document*** is defined in section 38.
