38P Entities to have regard to guidelines Any Department, public statutory authority or any prescribed entity that is responsible under an Act, a statutory rule or any other subordinate instrument for the publication of a notice (however described) must have regard to the guidelines made under section 38O when publishing any notice by electronic means.
