38OMinister may make and publish guidelines

38O Minister may make and publish guidelines (1) The Minister may make guidelines on— (a) the use of any approved alternative publication Internet site for the purposes of publication of notices; and (b) the requirements to be complied with in relation to the publication of notices so as to satisfy publication under section 38M; and (c) any other matter relating to the publication of notices under section 38M. (2) The guidelines under subsection (1)— (a) must be published in the Government Gazette and on an approved alternative publication Internet site (if any); and (b) may also be published in any other manner that the Minister considers appropriate.
