#### 79 Authority to administer oaths 79 Authority to administer oaths > Any person or body authorised by law, or by consent of parties, to conduct a hearing for the purpose of the determination (by that or any other person or body) of any matter or thing shall have authority— > > > (a) to receive evidence, and > > > (b) to examine witnesses, and to administer oaths to witnesses, who have been lawfully called before that person or body.
