> > (1) In any Act or instrument, a reference to a named class of health practitioner in a health profession within the meaning of the [Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2009-86a) means a person who, under that Law, is registered (other than as a student) and is authorised to use that name.

> > (2) However, if the reference is to a registered nurse this is taken not to include a reference to a person who is registered under that Law as an enrolled nurse.
