78 Tabling requirements for subordinate legislation
Section 63 as in force before the commencement of section 15 of
the Interpretation Amendment Act 2021 continues to apply to the
following until the expiry of the 12 sitting days mentioned in
section 63(9) as in force immediately before its repeal:
(a) regulations made before the commencement;
(b) rules or by-laws signed under section 63(2)(a) before the
commencement.
