73 Subordinate legislation
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement of
this section, a reference in an Act to regulations is construed as a
reference to rules or by-laws because of the definition of
regulations in section 18 as in force immediately before the
commencement.
(2) Despite the repeal of the definition, the reference is taken to include
a reference to rules or by-laws if the context permits or requires.
