67 Tabling documents in Legislative Assembly
(1) A document is tabled in the Legislative Assembly under an Act if
the document is:
(a) tabled in the Assembly under the Standing Orders of the
Assembly; or
(b) delivered to the Clerk of the Assembly and recorded in the
Minutes of Proceedings of the Assembly.
(2) The document must be tabled under subsection (1) within the
period specified in the Act.
(3) If the Act provides for a specified person to table the document, the
document may be tabled by anyone acting for the person.
(4) In this section:
Act includes the Northern Territory (Self-Government)
Act 1978 (Cth).
