66A Gazette publication requirements
(1) If an Act requires a statutory instrument to be published in the
Gazette, it is sufficient compliance with the requirement if:
(a) the instrument is notified in the Gazette; and
(b) the notification under paragraph (a) states the place where
copies of the instrument may be purchased or obtained.
(2) The place under subsection (1)(b) may be a website or another
publicly accessible electronic format.
