65C Subordinate legislation may provide for exemption, waiver or
refund of fees
If a power is conferred under an Act for subordinate legislation to
prescribe a fee, the power includes power to provide for the
following:
(a) the exemption from payment of the fee;
(b) the waiver (wholly or partly) of the fee;
(c) the refund (wholly or partly) of the fee.
