65B Subordinate legislation may provide for review or appeal
(1) Subordinate legislation may provide for the review of, or a right of
appeal against, a decision made under the legislation or the Act
under which the legislation is made or in force.
(2) For subsection (1), the subordinate legislation may confer
jurisdiction on any court, tribunal, person or body.
