63 Procedure for making regulations
If an Act contains a power to make regulations, a regulation made
under that power must:
(a) as soon as practicable after it is made:
(i) be published on the legislation website; and
(ii) be notified in the Gazette; and
(b) within 6 sitting days after it is made, be tabled in the
Legislative Assembly.
