57A Amendment of instruments by Act
(1) If a statutory instrument under an Act (the parent Act) has been
amended by an Act, the instrument may be amended, varied,
repealed, rescinded or revoked by a statutory instrument under the
parent Act.
(2) Subsection (1) applies in relation to amendments effected before or
after the commencement of this section.
