51 Reference to Act includes reference to statutory instruments
under Act
(1) In an Act, a reference (either generally or specifically) to a law or
statutory instrument, or a provision of a law or statutory instrument,
includes a reference to the statutory instruments in force under the
law, instrument or provision.
(2) In this section:
law includes an Act of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory.
