50 References to other legislation (1) A reference in an Act to other legislation is a reference to the other legislation as amended from time to time.
Interpretation Act 1978 34 (2) If a provision of an Act amends another Act, a reference in the provision to the other Act is a reference to the other Act as in force immediately before the commencement of the provision.
