49 Citation
(1) An Act may be cited in any of the following ways:
(a) by its short title including the year of enactment;
(b) by reference to its number and the calendar year in which it
received assent.
(2) A provision of an Act may be cited by reference to the part, section,
subsection or other division of the Act in which the provision is
contained.
(3) A reference mentioned in subsection (2) must be made according
to the copy of the Act printed or purporting to be printed by the
Government Printer.
