#### 53 Delegation The Attorney‑General may delegate in writing all or any of the Attorney‑General’s powers under this Act or the regulations to: (a) the Secretary of the Department; or (b) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department; or (c) an APS employee who holds or performs the duties of an Executive Level 2, or equivalent, position in the Department.
