#### 25 Information to accompany request Before consenting to the transfer of a prisoner to Australia under this Part, the Attorney‑General may request the transfer country to provide: (a) details of any request for extradition of the prisoner that has been made to the transfer country or of any country that has expressed interest in extraditing the prisoner or that is likely, in the opinion of the transfer country, to request extradition; and (b) any other information the Attorney‑General considers relevant to the assessment of whether consent should be given for the transfer of the prisoner to Australia.
