#### 21 Issue of warrant for transfer from Australia The Attorney‑General may, subject to Part 2, issue a warrant, in the form prescribed by the regulations, for the transfer of the prisoner from Australia to a transfer country if the prisoner’s or the prisoner’s representative’s consent and appropriate Ministerial consent in writing to the transfer on the terms proposed by the transfer country (including proposed terms that are an agreed variation of earlier terms) have been given.
