8 Privileges and Immunities of Member State representatives and former Member State representatives
(1) For the purposes of subparagraph 6(1)(c)(i) of the Act, a Member State representative has the privileges and immunities specified in items 2 and 3 of Part I of the Third Schedule to the Act. (2) For the purposes of subparagraph 6(1)(c)(ii) of the Act, a person who has ceased to be a Member State representative has the immunity specified in Part II of the Third Schedule to the Act.
