(1) For the purposes of subparagraph 6(1)(e)(i) of the Act: (a) an SKAO expert has the privilege specified in item 3 of Part I of the Fifth Schedule to the Act; and (b) an SKAO representative has the privileges and immunities specified in items 2 and 3 of Part I of the Fifth Schedule to the Act. (2) For the purposes of subparagraph 6(1)(e)(ii) of the Act, a person who has ceased to be an SKAO representative has the immunity specified in Part II of the Fifth Schedule to the Act.
