6 Conference of the Parties to have juridical personality and legal capacities
For the purposes of subparagraph 6(1)(a)(i) of the Act, the Conference of the Parties: (a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and (b) is capable, in its corporate name, of: (i) entering into contracts; and (ii) acquiring, holding and disposing of real and personal property; and (iii) instituting, and being a party to, legal proceedings.
