2C Carriage of goods by sea
Nothing in this Act affects: (a) the continued operation of section 9 of the Sea‑Carriage of Goods Act 1924 under subsection 20(2) of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1991; or (b) the operation of section 11 or 16 of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1991.
