#### 18B Article 17B—preliminary orders Despite Article 17B of the Model Law: (a) no party to an arbitration agreement may make an application for a preliminary order directing another party not to frustrate the purpose of an interim measure requested; and (b) no arbitral tribunal may grant such a preliminary order.
