12 Repeal of the International Air Services Commission Regulations 1992

Despite the repeal of the International Air Services Commission Regulations 1992 by this instrument: (a) an operational decision made in circumstances prescribed by those Regulations that was in force immediately before the day this section commences continues in force (subject to the Act) on and after the day this section commences; and (b) a delegation that was in force under section 27AB of the Act immediately before the day this section commences continues in force (subject to the Act) on and after the day this section commences.
