41 Qualification of members
The Governor‑General must not appoint a person to the Commission unless the Governor‑General is satisfied that the person is suitably qualified for appointment because of substantial experience or expertise in one or more of the following fields: (a) law; (b) commerce; (c) business; (d) economics; (e) public administration.
