sec.95 Meaning of agency agreement
An agency agreement is an agreement between a licensed provider and another person— appointing the other person as an agent; and dealing with the agent’s authority; and stating the conditions under which the agent acts as, and remains, an agent of the licensed provider; and stating other matters agreed between the agent and the licensed provider.
