sec.55 Audit program
The Minister may approve an audit program for investigating licensed providers and their business or executive associates. The chief executive is responsible for ensuring that investigations under an approved audit program are conducted in accordance with the program. A person may be investigated under an audit program only if there has not been an investigation of the same person within the preceding 2 years. (sec.55-ssec.1) The Minister may approve an audit program for investigating licensed providers and their business or executive associates.
